Description
Teen Wilderness Leadership School: Mountain Biking
- For: 14-17 year old students
- Dates: June 19-23, 2023
- Duration: Monday 8:00 AM through Friday 5:00 PM
- Location: Jeffco Open Space, Colorado
Description: This program is for all teens interested in:
- a comprehensive mountain bike training,
- seasonal jobs,
- outdoor industry career paths.
No Experience required for this program.
Prerequisites:
- Personal Bike Shorts
- Wilderness First Aid certification and Adult CPR/AED.
We will bike as different locations throughout the week to experience various terrain and skill opportunities. Bikes can be rented for an additional fee. Part of this program will focus on bike field repairs and daily bike maintenance.
