Nate Bondi

Founder

Nate Bondi has over 20 years of experience in the outdoor and adventure education field. Nate’s background includes an undergraduate degree in Outdoor Education and a master’s in Organizational Leadership. His professional work focusses on training outdoor leaders within parks and recreation programs, college and university academic and recreation programs, and private mountain guiding, rock climbing instruction, and avalanche education.

MORE ABOUT Nate Bondi


Nate is an AMGA SPI Provider and AMGA Certified Rock Instructor. Prior to running Bondi Outdoor Leadership full-time, he led  the Colorado School of Mines-Outdoor Recreation Center and was previously the interim Outdoor Studies/Physical Education Coordinator and full-time faculty at Red Rocks Community College. Nate has also taught Intro to Rock Climbing, Advanced Rock Climbing and Avalanche Level I, and Management & Administration of Outdoor Programs classes for Colorado Christian University's Outdoor Leadership major. 

In his free time, Nate enjoys multi-pitch rock climbing, hiking Colorado 14’ers, road biking, traveling, back country skiing, teaching avalanche education courses, reading business book, grilling good food, backcountry hut trips, and the occasional river tube float.
