Sister’s Cabin, Breckenridge, CO — Backcountry Advanced Avalanche Hut Trip Includes:

Friday, February 20-Sunday, February 22, 2026

  • Lodging at beautiful 10th Mountain Division Hut.
  • Group Breakfasts and Dinners TBD (additional costs)
  • Mentored field days in small groups with an instructor.
  • Beacon, Shovel, Probe for use during course
  • Prerequisites:
    • Avalanche Level 1 Course- American Avalanche Association recognized.
    • Minimum of one season with AT or Split-board experience and guest can ride upper level blue/black runs inbounds.
  • Registration is by Invitation Only.

Women’s Backcountry Ski/Ride Hut Trip Includes:

Walter’s Cabin- Vail Pass

Tues-Thurs, April 7-9, 2026

  • Lodging at beautiful 10th Mountain Division Hut.
  • Breakfasts and Dinners included.
  • Review and practice of Avalanche level 1 and Rescue Skills during Mentored field days in small groups with an instructor.
  • Beacon, Shovel, Probe for use during course
  • This program is only for women who have at least one season of AT or Splitboard Experience and who can ride upper level blue/black runs inbounds.
